Early Days
Born in the 1970s in a village named Kottakkal in the Malappuram district of Kerala, He pursued his medicine at J.J.M. Medical College Medical School in Davangere, Karnataka. Dr. Kabeer’s journey was deeply influenced by his mother’s struggle with renal disease. Her resilience in the face of adversity and his unwavering love for her inspired Dr. Kabeer to make a difference in healthcare. Driven by a desire to honor his mother’s memory and alleviate the suffering of others, Dr. Kabeer spearheaded a groundbreaking initiative to expand dialysis services across Kerala. Following her passing, he channeled his grief into action, spreading awareness and accessibility to dialysis treatment throughout the region.
Dr. Kabeer, chairman of the ALMAS Hospital, embarked on a noble mission to alleviate the suffering of renal patients in Kerala’s Malabar region. Initially, through his clinic Zamzam, he pioneered free dialysis treatment, a service previously inaccessible to many. With the support of his friends and later prominent figures in society, Dr. Kabir expanded his initiative, acquiring numerous beds and dialysis machines. Over time, his efforts extended to economically disadvantaged individuals, transforming dialysis accessibility in Kerala. Dr. Kabir’s compassionate endeavor became a beacon of hope, saving countless lives and earning widespread acclaim throughout the region.

Kabeer’s legacy extends far beyond the walls of Health Care to Educational
institutions and FMCS products. Touching patients’ lives across the state, his
pioneering dialysis efforts have saved lives and set a new standard for
healthcare innovation and accessibility in Kerala.
